1. What WaiMAP is

WaiMAP is a web map and installable app (PWA / Android) for site screening, energy, routing and field work. It works without an account.

2. Data stored on your device

Settings (theme, language, units), saved places, WaiSpace projects, field notes, saved project sites and account profile are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive them.
You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser or uninstalling the app.

3. Location

Your device location is requested only when you tap a GPS / “my location” control. It is used on your device to centre the map, for directions and for field GPS survey points you measure yourself. Survey points are stored on our server only when you create a share code for a survey session (coordinates, accuracy statistics, labels and control-point values — no device or user identifier); anyone who has the code can open that session, and you can delete it at any time. Otherwise location is not stored on our servers.

4. Coordinates sent to data services

When you analyse a point or plan a route, the coordinates of that point or route are sent to the data services that answer the request — for example OpenStreetMap (Nominatim, Overpass), Open-Meteo, NASA POWER / FIRMS / EONET, USGS, AFAD, ISRIC SoilGrids, PVGIS (European Commission JRC), Valhalla / OSRM routing servers and map-tile providers. Some requests pass through our server (waimap.wht-ai.com) as a proxy. Each provider applies its own privacy policy.

5. Our server

Anonymous usage statistics: page/feature event name, device type (mobile/desktop), browser user-agent, referrer, country (from Cloudflare) and a one-way hash of the IP address — no name, e-mail or location.
Rate limiting uses the same hashed IP for a short time.
Feedback form: the message you write and, only if you enter it, your e-mail address, so we can reply.
Short-lived caches of public data answers (e.g. elevation, weather, yield) keyed by rounded coordinates.
The site is served through Cloudflare (security and delivery) and hosted by IONOS in the EU.

5b. Your files — processed, not stored

WaiMAP processes your files and does not store them. Your images, GeoTIFFs, photos, CAD drawings (DXF / DWG) and BIM models (IFC) stay on your own disks or your own servers; WaiMAP processes them and returns the results.

On your computer: IFC models (up to about 200 MB), GeoTIFF / COG previews and point values, DXF drawings and most map imports are read in your browser — the file is not sent anywhere.
On WaiMAP's calculation server: when you choose server processing, the file (or its pieces) exists there only as a temporary processing copy. It is deleted as soon as the processing job ends — successfully or not — or when you have downloaded the result; anything left over is removed automatically after 2 hours at most. Processed rasters (regional patches) are returned to you as downloads; no copy is kept. Nothing is ever kept on the web host.
From your own server (URL): you can give an https link to a file on your own server or cloud (for example a presigned S3 / R2 / Azure / GCS link). The calculation server reads the file from there (rasters by range requests) and keeps nothing. The link is not stored unless you tick "remember this link in my project"; then it is stored in that project record only. Links are never written to logs with their query string (which may contain access tokens). Links to private, internal or local network addresses are refused.
What is kept: your project records — parameters, results and metadata (for example a regional patch's bounds, coordinate system, source, licence and checksum) — and a monthly count of your processing jobs for your plan (a number only, never a file or a link).
What is not kept: your source files. There is no file storage and no storage quota; plans limit the file size per processing job and the number of processing jobs per month.
WaiMAP's own reference data (for example its atlas layers, CC BY) may be held in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket — that is WaiMAP's data, not yours.

5a. Accounts and activity log

Account. If you create a WaiMAP account you give your personal or company e-mail address. Sign-in uses a 6-digit code instead of a password. Depending on the server setting, the code is sent to you or, for new and returning users, to the WaiMAP team's approval inbox together with your e-mail address, the time, the country derived from your IP address and your browser's user-agent; the team then gives you the code. "Stay signed in" keeps a random device token in an http-only cookie (renewed when you use WaiMAP, up to 400 days per renewal); the server keeps only a one-way hash of it with the device label (browser / operating system), country and last-use time. You can see your devices, sign out one of them or sign out everywhere in the account sheet.

Activity log. For signed-in accounts WaiMAP keeps an activity log: sign-in / sign-out, codes requested and approved, devices added or removed, projects created / saved / opened / deleted (project code and name), module runs (module name, duration, success), reports generated and exported (type, format, serial), AI requests (endpoint, length of the request — never its text) and plan changes, plus administrator actions on your account. Each entry holds the time, a truncated IP address (the last part removed) and the country. It never contains the content of your files, reports or projects, nor the text of your questions. Purpose: security (detecting misuse, account protection), support (answering your questions about your account) and product improvement in aggregate (which modules are used). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and the contract for your account. Retention: 12 months by default (the administrator may set 1–60 months), then deleted automatically. Only WaiMAP administrators can see it. Your rights: you may ask for a copy of your account data and activity log (access / portability), correction, deletion of your account and its activity log, or object to the logging, by writing to [email protected]. After deletion, entries in the global security log keep only an unlinkable pseudonymous key.

6. What we do not do

No advertising, no advertising cookies, no selling or sharing of personal data, no tracking across other apps or websites.

6a. Engineering data you contribute to WAI (optional)

WAI Engineering Intelligence — data usage notice (2026-10-v1). Only when you press "Contribute to WAI" and accept this notice, WaiMAP sends the priced items of your bill of quantities (item code, section, description, specification, unit, quantity, unit rate, currency, USD value, cost type, index driver, scope, source type, price date), the country / region and the project capacity to the WAI engineering data room. Project name, client, company, notes, coordinates and the file itself are never sent. WAI (WHT AI) and its products (WaiMAP, W-ENG, W Hendese, WBook and other WAI tools) may use these records, after quality checks, to improve estimation, benchmarking and technical analysis. Other users never see raw records; reports only show ranges built from several independent sources. You can withdraw a contribution from the same panel. Supplier and manufacturer data is handled under the supplier's own licence terms. This notice is a product draft and is subject to legal review.

7. Payments

WaiMAP itself does not process card data. Paid plans, where offered, are handled by WHT AI and its payment provider under their terms.

8. Children

WaiMAP is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Your rights and contact

Under GDPR and KVKK you may ask what we hold about you (including your account data and activity log, as a JSON export), ask for correction or deletion (of a feedback message, or of your account together with its activity log), and object to processing: [email protected]. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.

Results are screening information from open data, not a licensed survey, design basis, legal or financial advice.

1. WaiMAP nedir

3. Konum

Cihaz konumu yalnızca GPS / “konumum” düğmesine bastığınızda istenir; haritayı ortalamak, yol tarifi ve sizin ölçtüğünüz saha GPS noktaları için cihazda kullanılır. Ölçüm noktaları yalnızca bir ölçüm oturumu için paylaşım kodu oluşturduğunuzda sunucumuzda saklanır (koordinatlar, hassasiyet istatistikleri, etiketler ve kontrol noktası değerleri; cihaz veya kullanıcı kimliği yok). Kodu bilen herkes o oturumu açabilir; oturumu istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında konum sunucularımızda saklanmaz.

4. Veri servislerine gönderilen koordinatlar

Bir noktayı analiz ettiğinizde veya rota planladığınızda o noktanın / rotanın koordinatları isteği yanıtlayan veri servislerine gönderilir — örneğin OpenStreetMap (Nominatim, Overpass), Open-Meteo, NASA POWER / FIRMS / EONET, USGS, AFAD, ISRIC SoilGrids, PVGIS (AB Ortak Araştırma Merkezi), Valhalla / OSRM rota sunucuları ve harita altlığı sağlayıcıları. Bazı istekler sunucumuz (waimap.wht-ai.com) üzerinden aktarılır. Her sağlayıcının kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

5. Sunucumuz

Anonim kullanım istatistiği: sayfa/özellik olay adı, cihaz tipi (mobil/masaüstü), tarayıcı bilgisi, yönlendiren adres, ülke (Cloudflare'den) ve IP adresinin tek yönlü özeti (hash) — ad, e-posta veya konum yok.
Hız sınırlaması aynı özet IP'yi kısa süre kullanır.
Geri bildirim formu: yazdığınız mesaj ve yalnızca girerseniz, size dönebilmemiz için e-posta adresiniz.
Herkese açık veri yanıtlarının (yükseklik, hava, verim vb.) yuvarlanmış koordinata göre kısa süreli önbelleği.
Site Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur (güvenlik ve dağıtım) ve AB'de IONOS'ta barındırılır.

5b. Dosyalarınız — işlenir, saklanmaz

WaiMAP dosyalarınızı işler, saklamaz. Görüntüleriniz, GeoTIFF'leriniz, fotoğraflarınız, CAD çizimleriniz ve IFC modelleriniz kendi diskinizde veya kendi sunucunuzda kalır. Tarayıcıda okunabilenler (IFC ~200 MB'a kadar, GeoTIFF önizleme, DXF) bilgisayarınızdan çıkmaz; hesap sunucusunda işlenenlerin geçici kopyası iş bittiğinde (başarılı ya da değil) veya sonucu indirdiğinizde silinir — en geç 2 saat. Kendi sunucunuzdaki bir https bağlantısından da işlenebilir; bağlantı, siz "projemde hatırla" demedikçe saklanmaz. Saklanan: proje kayıtlarınız (parametreler, sonuçlar, meta veriler) ve aylık işlem sayısı; saklanmayan: kaynak dosyalarınız.

5a. Hesaplar ve etkinlik kaydı

WaiMAP hesabı açarsanız kişisel veya şirket e-posta adresinizi verirsiniz; giriş şifre yerine 6 haneli kodla yapılır. Sunucu ayarına göre kod size ya da, yeni ve geri dönen kullanıcılar için, e-posta adresiniz, saat, IP'den bulunan ülke ve tarayıcı bilgisiyle birlikte WaiMAP ekibinin onay kutusuna gönderilir; kodu ekip size verir. "Açık kalsın" bir cihaz anahtarını http-only çerezde tutar (kullandıkça yenilenir, her yenilemede en çok 400 gün); sunucu yalnızca tek yönlü özetini, cihaz etiketini, ülkeyi ve son kullanım zamanını saklar. Giriş yapmış hesaplar için etkinlik kaydı tutulur: giriş / çıkış, kod istekleri ve onaylar, cihazlar, proje oluşturma / kaydetme / açma / silme (kod ve ad), modül çalıştırma (modül, süre, başarı), rapor üretme ve dışa aktarma (tür, biçim, seri no), AI istekleri (uç nokta ve istek uzunluğu — metin asla) ve plan değişiklikleri ile yöneticinin hesabınızdaki işlemleri; her kayıtta zaman, kısaltılmış IP ve ülke bulunur. Dosya, rapor veya proje içeriği ve sorularınızın metni kaydedilmez. Amaç: güvenlik, destek ve toplu ürün geliştirme. Saklama: varsayılan 12 ay, sonra otomatik silinir. 6. Yapmadıklarımız

Reklam yok, reklam çerezi yok; kişisel veri satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz; başka uygulama ve sitelerde takip yapılmaz.

6a. WAI'ye katkı verdiğiniz mühendislik verileri (isteğe bağlı)

WAI Mühendislik Zekâsı — veri kullanım bildirimi (2026-10-v1). Yalnızca "WAI'ye katkı" düğmesine basıp bu bildirimi kabul ettiğinizde, WaiMAP keşif listenizin fiyatlı kalemlerini (kalem kodu, bölüm, tanım, teknik özellik, birim, miktar, birim fiyat, para birimi, USD karşılığı, maliyet tipi, endeks, kapsam, kaynak türü, fiyat tarihi), ülke / bölgeyi ve proje kapasitesini WAI mühendislik veri odasına gönderir. Proje adı, müşteri, şirket, notlar, koordinatlar ve dosyanın kendisi hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. WAI (WHT AI) ve ürünleri (WaiMAP, W-ENG, W Hendese, WBook ve diğer WAI araçları) bu kayıtları kalite kontrolünden sonra tahmin, kıyaslama ve teknik analiz için kullanabilir. Diğer kullanıcılar ham kayıtları görmez; raporlarda yalnızca birden çok bağımsız kaynaktan oluşan aralıklar gösterilir. Katkınızı aynı panelden geri çekebilirsiniz. Tedarikçi ve üretici verileri kendi lisans koşullarıyla işlenir. Bu bildirim ürün taslağıdır ve hukuki incelemeye tabidir.

7. Ödemeler

WaiMAP kart verisi işlemez. Sunulduğunda ücretli planlar WHT AI ve ödeme sağlayıcısı tarafından kendi koşullarıyla yürütülür.

8. Çocuklar

WaiMAP profesyonel bir araçtır; 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
